AFRIDAC organised a session for the Black Women Safe Space #BWSS on Saturday 11 February at AFRIDAC Centre, London as part of our grant from @mindchwf and @hackneygiving on Better Mental Health programme. The women left the session with improved knowledge on confidence and self-esteem.
